CISV Catalog Requirements

Maintenance of an Internet catalog that contains products and services eligible for purchase by a state agency is REQUIRED by Texas Government statute 2157.062.

Per Section 2157.066, a Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV) shall publish, maintain, and revise a catalog described by Section 2157.062 in the manner required by the Commission. The Commission has authorization according to this statute to audit a vendor's catalog for compliance.

STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE

ABYX Business Systems, Inc. guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
